Scams of any kind (including requests to users to change their e-mail address)
Concerned with “spamming” (repeatedly posting the same message) or “party boards”
Trying to test Trot on Club message filters (or encouraging others to do so)
Any other information that Trot on Club deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate for this site
If you do any of the above we reserve the right to suspend you from using your account without notice. No refunds for outstanding membership periods will be refunded
Any submissions for example competition entries, fan mail, stories, poetry and ideas via mail, e-mail or fax should not include personal details. Only a username and parents/guardians valid e-mail address is required. By submitting or sending your submissions to Trot on Club
1. You automatically grant a royalty free full license to TOC to use these submissions in whichever way and where they choose and at their sole discretion.
2. You represent and warrant that you have the right and authorization to make the foregoing grant without the license of any third party and that your submissions are accurate, do not and will not infringe any right of any third party. TOC respects the copyrights of others and does not seek to purposely infringe the rights of third parties and should at any time TOC be made aware of property belonging to third parties being displayed on TOC website this property will be immediately deleted.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trot on Club, its affiliate and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives and third party providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you. Trot on Club reserves the right to assume, at its sole expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Trot on Club in asserting any available defenses. These Terms and Conditions contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and cannot be changed or terminated orally. The privileges granted to you under this Agreement will terminate immediately and automatically without notice from Trot on Club if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon such termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether or not made under the terms of this Agreement.
If any of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Terms and Conditions will be curtailed to the extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable and will remain, as modified in full force and effect.
The Terms and Conditions and all matters or issues collateral thereto will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the United Kingdom applicable to contracts executed and performed entirely therein (without regard to any principles of conflict of laws). You hereby agree that any action at law or in equity arising of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be filed only in the United Kingdom. Further, you hereby expressly consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

We will not be liable and we disclaim any liability for any disruption of Server or outside influence disrupting your use of Trot on Club website.
If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision will be deemed severable from the remainder of this User Agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this User Agreement.
