Trot on Club only collects information from Parents or Guardians of their users. No person under the age of 18 years is ever asked for personal identifiable information. All correspondence, competition prizes or goods purchased are posted to the users’ parent/guardian. We only use your personal or contact details to allow us to offer you the service you require. We do not sell any of our contact information.
For some of our online activities, such as polls or surveys, we may ask additional information that is not personally identifiable for example; country of residence or a users’ favourite colour.
We do not knowingly collect names and e-mail addresses from children under 18 years of age. We ALWAYS require children less than 18 years of age to use a parents/guardians valid e-mail address.
Additionally, when visitors come to our site, we automatically collect some non-personal identifiable “computer” information such as the type of computer operating system (e.g. Windows XP or Mac OS), the users “IP address”, the web browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used and information regarding the Internet Service Provider.
Finally, we collect personal information from parents/guardians of members as set out in this Privacy Policy and also from customers of the Trot on Clubs’ “Goodies” Shop. At Trot on Club, we respect your personal privacy and we will never use your confidential customer information for any purpose other than processing your payments to Trot on Club or fulfilling your merchandise order.
